It's now possible to shop thanks to ChatGPT. Two years after its launch, the chatbot is entering the e-commerce market , more eager than ever to establish itself as a true everyday assistant for users. "Suggest me smartwatches for less than 500 euros. I'm a fan of beautiful watches and a techie. I like to track my health": based on this natural language query, ChatGPT displays a selection of ten products to buy. It provides a carousel of photos, a brief description of the products, a summary of consumer reviews, advice on how to choose, and links to merchant sites. You must, in fact, exit the chatbot to finalize the purchase.
